This modern four-room apartment located in the business center of Lugano in an elegant residential building is 5 minutes walk from the lakefront and 5 minutes by car from the historic city center, easily reachable by public transport or on foot.

The living room is cozy, with a large leather sofa and two comfortable armchairs: watch a good movie together on the flat-screen TV! The living room overlooks the small terrace, furnished with a table and chairs: relax here looking at the city from the other at sunset!
The corner kitchen is compact, with classic oven and microwave oven, and equipped with everything needed for cooking and serving meals; a large American fridge completes it. The bedrooms are 3, to give the right privacy to all guests: 1 master bedroom, with a large private bathroom with shower, 1 second double bedroom and a bedroom with a desk and two wall beds, which can be closed during the day, usable as a room for study and work. Complete the apartment a second bathroom with bath and a third little bathroom with WC, bidet with washing machine.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.
