There are great beaches, donkey rides, sandcastles and candy floss all making that traditional family holiday. There’s also a leisure centre with climbing walls and swimming pools.
A walk along the cliff tops takes you to the village of Sewerby, home to Sewerby Hall which is open to the public, where you can enjoy the wonderful gardens and café. Further north you will find the resorts of Flamborough Head, Filey and Scarborough, as well as the RSPB bird sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs where you can watch the puffins and other migrating seabirds.
