Apartment is built in 2017 and previous reviews are for room that was here before. We took great designer and made 3 studio apartments on this floor, each with it's own entrance, own bathroom, own kitchenette.

The space
This is brand new studio apartment for two persons. Private bathroom with great shower, kitchenette with all utensils, wi-fi, TV, and shared terrace in front
In front of the house is huge wine covered terrace.
Lapad area is great because of the beaches, great restaurants, trampolines for kids, parks and different walking paths near sea.
Either you're looking for relaxation or cocktail bars, you are on great location.
There is always someone of six of us who is willing for help and serve you.
We are all English speaking, except grandmom, but her pantomime is unbeatable :)

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.
