Welcome to our incredible 2-bedroom apartment with avant-garde decoration, located in the heart of Puerto Marina. Enjoy a spectacular terrace with impressive views of the marina and the sea, where you can relax and enjoy unforgettable sunsets. With two bathrooms, one of them en suite, you will have the comfort you are looking for during your stay.

Enjoy a fully equipped space with a large Smart TV, WiFi and a barbecue on the terrace to enjoy delicious meals outdoors. The bed in the main room is 180cm, providing the comfort you need to recharge your batteries.

Its privileged location will allow you to explore the charm of the port, with its restaurants, shops and lively nightlife.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one of them double, with a 180cm double bed, two wardrobes, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower all finished in natural stone. The other room has two single beds of 90cm each and a balcony to look out. The kitchen is very large and has a double refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, crockery and everything you need to cook. It does not have a washing machine, however there is a laundry a few meters from the building. In front of the kitchen is the other bathroom. The living room is huge and has two areas, one for dining and the other for living with a huge sofa with a chaise longue, a large table and a large TV, the router and a large window that occupies the entire wall that overlooks the splendid terrace. The terrace has chairs and a table to eat and a very nice little seating area perfect for tea and a book while enjoying the wonderful views of the sea.

If you need it, we can send a taxi to pick you up at the airport (additional cost)

CHECK-OUT
The keys are delivered directly to the house. A person will receive you to show you the house, give you the key and give you a little interesting information about the area.
The entrance hours are as follows:
- From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions:
- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready due to guests leaving that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will be carried out: handing over the keys, leaving the luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, maximum 4:00 p.m., but when it is ready, we notify you.
- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- From 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- We do not receive after 1:00.
- Depending on the circumstances it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Ask.
