The villa (Aimee's House) is spacious and beautifully furnished throughout with a real Mediterranean feel to it. The fabulous sea view roof terrace is a really special addition as you have wonderful sea views and is just a great place to relax. Perfect for BBQ’s, sundowners and al-fresco dining.
The large pool ( shared with four other villas) is generously proportioned offering both sun and shade with plenty terrace space to relax
Kalkan is a 10-minute taxi ride away, or a 30-minute walk.
Ground floor:
Inside, the ground floor is open plan with a downstairs WC. The lounge area has 2 comfy sofas, TV and DVD player and opens out onto a nice breakfast balcony.

The modern kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a large fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, toaster, washing machine and water dispenser.

First floor:
Upstairs are the two good sized bedrooms, both with balconies.

The front-facing master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, a newly installed en-suite bathroom and a balcony for early risers to take their morning coffee.

The second bedroom, can be a twin or king-size depending on your preference, and also has a side facing balcony. This bedroom has use of a newly installed separate bathroom featuring a power shower.

Roof terrace:
Aimee’s House has a super, large roof terrace offers the perfect space for relaxation with comfy seating, bean bags and sun loungers. There is a pergola providing plenty of shade if you don’t want the sun.

Outside
The pool area although it does not have sea views, is a large communal pool for 4 other villas. There are sunbathing terraces and sunbeds/parasols around it.
