The dining area has chairs and a granite topped breakfast bar, and the well-equipped kitchen has oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and lots of crockery, cutlery and cookware. The kitchen opens onto a laundry area with washing machine and clothes airer.
Downstairs are one bedroom with a double bed and a newly refurbished shower room with walk in shower, toilet and washbasin.
Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two single beds, and another newly refurbished bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and washbasin. All bedrooms have good wardrobe space, fans, good lighting and mirrors. Beds have duvets in winter.
Upstairs is a terrace furnished with a comfortable sofa and table, which has stunning views of the Ajache mountains and is a glorious place to sit with a glass of wine.
Outside living is often the highlight of a Lanzarote holiday, and the large terrace space at the villa is very well designed for spending lots of time outdoors. There is a private pool with cover, which can be heated (extra charges apply for pool heating). There are six modern sunloungers, a comfortable sofa, a Canarian barbecue, and a table and chairs perfectly located under a retractable awning so that you can dine in the shade.
The property has lots of extras including hairdryer, iron & ironing board, beach towels, safety deposit box (free to use), and we even provide a welcome pack with water, wine, tea and coffee!

The property is located in a quiet area of Playa Blanca, but just 15 minutes walk to Marina Rubicon, with lovely restaurants, shops and the twice weekly market. Playa Blanca town centre is just 5 minutes in a taxi, and the airport about 35 minutes by car.
