Swn Y Tonnau is Welsh for ‘Sound of the Waves’, which is an apt name for this spacious house, being just a stones’ throw from Tywyn’s sweeping sandy beach, where you can regularly spot dolphins.

Finished to a high standard, this contemporary and stylish property occupies a perfect location as the ideal base for your perfect holiday, summer or winter. Recently been fully refurbished to a high standard and finished with tasteful leather seating and soft furnishing.

The house is a short walk into town. There’s a large decked terrace on which to enjoy the sun and alfresco dining.

As you enter the property there is a useful day room with a bed settee (sleep 2) which can be used as a third bedroom.

There is a 32 inch flat screen TV and DVD.

Front doors lead onto the sunny west facing the garden.

UPSTAIRS

Double bedroom
The upstairs contains one large double bedroom with a triple oak wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers and an en-suite shower room with a sea view. The en-suite has a shower cubicle, vanity wash hand unit, and WC.

Twin bedroom
There is a twin room with a flat-screen TV, twin wardrobe and enjoys a partial sea view.

The property comfortably sleeps 4 people, but we can accommodate 6 (2 sleeping on bed settee ) A £35 per person surcharge applies .

Short breaks when available: Monday-Friday 4 nights and Friday-Monday 3 nights. There is a minimum charge of £350 for any stay.

Prices inclusive of energy, wifi, bedding and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Cleaning fee of £49 applied to each booking.

If you'd like to bring your pet, we require details of their age and breed before accepting and there will be a £25 per dog supplement.

Changeover day is SATURDAY in the main season.

It is the guests’ responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.

In order to comply with our agency holiday letting insurance, even though you have provided your details to AirBNB we will ask you to provide your full name, home address, the names plus the rough ages of all the guests, so we can confirm your booking. Your personal details will be kept secure and will not be shared with any 3rd party. We are fully compliant with the Data Protection rules. Charging of electric cars. Some of our properties are fitted with professionally installed and connected EVCPs (Electric Vehicle Charging Points) for the safe charging of electric cars. The use of an extension lead into a property that is plugged into a 3-pin domestic supply is strictly prohibited, due to the risk of fire by overloading the domestic electric circuit. Additionally, our owner's home insurance may be invalid if a fire was to be caused by such an act. We suggest that guests with EV's ensure that they are aware of the local charging stations before they book with us.
