Surrounded by peaceful countryside, near the coast, Derwen is a luxurious holiday cottage with an undercover hot tub. The property has been thoughtfully   decorated to the highest standards and the luxurious kitchen and dining room create a social hub for holidays with friends or family. Derwen is one of 3 cottages that can be booked together to accommodate 10 people, each with their own hot tub and pet friendly. The properties are 4 miles from the sea and Aberystwyth is just 10 minutes away, where you can explore excellent shops, restaurants and cafes, or take the Cliff Railway to enjoy views over Cardigan bay.

Beds : 1 zip and link super king, I king sized bed
Rooms : kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with en suites.
Welcome pack  on arrival. 
Kitchen & utilities : oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Dulche Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Washing machine and tumble dryer in utility room.
Entertainment : Smart TV with subscriptions to Netflix and Disney+, Wifi.
For families : cot, high chair, stair gate.
Outside : Accessed via front door with foot path around to the side. Gazebo with large table and plenty of seating. Hot tub. Patio with additional seating and table in summer months.   Access to lockable shed for bikes or sporting equipment.
Parking : space for 2 cars.
Electric car charging point: available at a cost (maximum of 3 charges). 
General : wifi, heating, linen/towels, no smoking.
Pets : No pets.
Accessibility : Steps between living area and kitchen on the ground floor, wooden stairs up to the first floor bedrooms and bathrooms. 
Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Notes : Hot tubs may be too cool to use on arrival day due to being changed with every change of guest. Hot tubs should be kept at 37 degrees.It will be locked.

Please be aware before booking that in times of drought hot tubs won't be available for guests during their stay. This is due to the hot tubs being filled up with water from a local water source.
