The master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, and a second bathroom is located in the hall outside the second bedroom. The sofa opens into a sofa bed suitable for two children.

With a westward orientation, the apartment offers a balcony with great afternoon sun exposure. It is ideal for year-round occupation.

Bed linen and bath towels are included, as well as International TV channels and wifi. Beach / Pool towels are provided at a surcharge of € 6,00 each and payment in cash is due on arrival. The departure cleaning service on the amount of € 60,00 is also due on arrival in cash.

It is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for cool winter evenings.

The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by elevator or by stairs.

Parking is available inside the Village Marina complex, in front of the apartment’s block entrance. However, because of this property’s central location, a car is not necessary for an enjoyable stay.
