Overview
Villa Eleni is located in Sinies, Corfu. This detached vacation rental
property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 8 people
(6 Adults and 2 Children) with 3 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. There is a
private pool with barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance to the Beach

Layout

The villa is on 2 levels. The 1st floor includes the main living room
and dining area leading to an open kitchen. The 1st floor has terrace
access and a balcony. There is also a queen-size bed in the bedroom on
the 1st floor.
The ground floor has an additional kitchen area with living room,
opening out onto the poolside. The 2 additional bedrooms (one with a
double bed and one with two single beds) are found on this floor.

Living Room
The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors
to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
