Villa Alexandra - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 8

Overview
Villa Alexandra is located in Katelios, Kefalonia. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 8 people with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. There is a private pool
(South-East Facing) with barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance to
the Beach and Restaurants.
Layout

The entrance opens into a living area with door to the main balcony
overlooking the pool. To the right there is a dining area and kitchen.
Also on this level is a master bedroom suite with private bathroom.
Stairs lead down to two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and
en suite bathroom, the other has twin beds to one side and a third
single bed in its own sleeping area. This room also has an en suite
bathroom.
The villa is perfectly suited to families, with beds for up to 7
persons in three bedrooms with room for an extra child in the living
room if necessary. The gardens are lawned and fully enclosed creating a
safe environment for children. (The pool though is not gated.)

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
