Omnia Villas are two twin villas located in a privileged location with gorgeous views, high-end amenities, and modern design. Each one has autonomy.

Indoor facilities
On the ground floor, a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances(fridge, espresso, and French coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, boiler, and dishes-utensils for all the guests), a living area with a fireplace place, a big flat Smart TV 60’ with satellite channels and a dining area suitable for 6 guests are found. On the same floor, near the elevator, there is a WC for all the guests and a washing machine.

The three bedrooms of the villa are located on the first and the second floor. The first bedroom has a double-sized bed (160*200) and ensuite bathroom with shower, the second one has a double-sized bed (160*200) and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub while the third one has a king-sized bed (180*200) on the roof and a sofa bed that can be converted into two single beds. Each bedroom has direct access to the balconies, a smart TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi access, bath amenities (shampoo and shower gel), linens and towels (pool and bath) for all the guests, a hairdryer, and high-quality mattresses.

Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area is perfectly designed based on the marvelous views with a swimming pool suitable for both adults and kids, a shower, sunbeds, tables, and chairs. Sit in one of the outdoor spots, and enjoy the sunset over the horizon with a glass of wine and your loved one. On the lower level, there is a secure parking space suitable for 4 cars.

Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pools can be heated for an additional cost using a Pool Heat Pump. From November to March, the pool temperature is set at 22-23°C and during April, May, and October, the pool temperature is set at 27-28°C depending on the weather conditions. Please note that we require 2 days' advance notice for this facility and the minimum usage period is 3 days. The cost of the heated pools can be pursued only with cash.
