heart of Sliema, one of the most sought-after areas in Malta. With a

Located just a short walk from the beach, bars, shops, restaurants, and
other amenities, this quaint penthouse is perfect for those who want to

You'll be just around the corner from the picturesque Sliema promenade,
where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Valletta, Malta's grand
capital.

The penthouse features high ceilings that adorn each room, giving it a
grandiose feel. On the top floor, you'll find an open-plan kitchen, a
full family bathroom with a shower, a dining room, and a living area
that leads onto a front terrace with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ.
The terrace leads to a spiral staircase that takes you to a larger
terrace with a jacuzzi and sunbeds, perfect for relaxing and soaking up
the sun. On the lower floor, the three bedrooms offer a much-needed
resting space for tired heads. One bedroom has a double bed with an
ensuite, while the other two bedrooms have two double beds each.
Another full family bathroom is located on this floor.

All bedrooms have wall-mounted ACs, and bed linen and two bath towels
per person are provided. A washing machine is also available for your

The bus stop is just across the street, and the Sliema-Valletta Ferry
is within walking distance. No car is necessary, but if you opt to rent
one, parking is free for public use along the street and the
neighboring ones. Please note that the check-in time for the apartments
is generally 3.00 pm, and the check-out time is at 10.00 am. However,
if there are no arrivals on the same day, the apartment can be kept for
longer.

The Bus Stop is close by, just across the street, including Sliema- Valletta Ferry. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity.

For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones.
