Great spot
This is a great spot. Good beach access. Private grounds. Friendly people. Safe. The pool was closed down, tho. Which we didn't find out about till right before we got there. But we had free access to the beach. And she gave us money for chairs. So that was very nice. And we really enjoyed the beach. There were no paper towels or hand towles of any sort for the kitchen and By the time we thought to ask Millicent for those items, it was late in the evening and didn't want to bother her and would forget by the next day. Those were the only issues we had. Everything was great. Thank you!

Location was Everything!
Apartment is as pictured. The host was very accommodating as well as Millicent. You don't have to rent a car at this location. You are on the beach and the main strip. "Main Street" The property is right across from Margaritaville. Taxi drivers are very reliable and will wait for you on your excursions.

Beautiful apartment
Property was amazing. When I was booking online that red coach didn’t impressed me but it look better in person so it was ok. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Millicent check in on Monday to see if we need anything. Which at that point we needed more towels and she gave them to us. Also she had taken out the garbage for me. I will definitely stay again.

Expectations may have been too high
I chose this property for the location. It was walkable to many restaurants and some shops as well as the beach. However, the beach was unexplainably closed the day we tried to go. I realize Jamaicans live differently than many of us from the US and this is where my expectations may have been a bit high. The air conditioner only worked 1/3 of the time. The housekeeper explained there was a trick to get it to work - sometimes that did it and sometimes not. The property is also very close to Main Street which is loud some evenings. Overall it was fine for a place to sleep for a couple of nights and the location is definitely great but we were glad to move on to nicer accommodations in Negril.

I am currently living in London....one of my passions in life is travelling.and have had the oppurtunity to visit many different countries...I know most of Europe...and can get by in Spanish, and German..Africa is an amazing place...I still want to visit China...and New Zealand...However for me its the magical vibes I get when I visit Jamaica.. just walking down the street in Ochee there is a buzz.. of music..people are really alive .. its a must experience

I was visiting Jamaica so often, I decided to puchase a holiday home. Ocho Rios is the place I chose , as I have a few friends of mine from London who have settled in this this lively, vibrant , town. What finally made me decide to purchase the one bedroom, I was sitting on the balcony early in the morning (before I purchased the unit) I looked to my right and there were the mountains,I looked to my left and I had the view of the sea....I thought what more can I want.and I have never looked back, after having the one bedroom for 5 years, I then went on to invest in the 2 bedroom apartment

Location...Location I just loved the thought that I didn't need to drive anywhere..its like having the beach as your back garden...restaurants, bars, clubs, banks, supermarkets, all are in walking distance..and major world attractions, are all but a 5 min drive away..yet when you enter the complex...all the busyness is left outside...
