One of the rooms includes a sofabed (80cm, length 200cm), a french bed (200cm, length 210cm), a bath/shower/WC, and air conditioning with an exit to the terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on the same level, and the entire floor is heated.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, and allows pets. It also features a private patio, satellite TV, Jacuzzi bathtub, heating, microwave, and television. The maximum capacity is eight guests, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms available.
