This is a studio-type apartment that is located on the first floor of the building that can accommodate up to 2 people for 1 double bed.

The bathroom has an electric shower and the kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge, microwave, and toaster.

This apartment is ideal for singles and couples traveling either for business or pleasure. It has been recently refurbished to a high standard and is equipped for a relaxing stay. All apartments are self-contained to ensure security during the Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19 outbreak) and to minimize contact with others or sharing of common areas. Griffiths: disgusted no service whatsoever couldn’t gain entrance to individual flats, suing Empire
Nothing we could not gain entrance after a long journey over2 hours sat in the cold could not gain entry to either flat. In the end we gave up & got other accommodation . My advice to anyone reading this is steer clear of Vrbo Booking agent & Empire apartments Blackpool. The communal parts were filthy & foul smelling & could only gain entry to communal areas not gain entrance to fats. Ripped off & Mis-sold.

Empire Aparments
It was a non-starter due to misrepresentation & being Mis- sold the accommodation. After a very long journey we could not access the accommodation. After several phone unsuccessful phone calls to the host. An along time sat in a car waiting unsuccessfully to gain access to the the apartments we told them enough is enough & found alternative accommodation. It was a nightmare start to our break in Blackpool. We would NOT recommend the accommodation or the booking agent. The host took twice the agreed money from my bank. D V Griffiths

Horrible
First, ask yourself why there are no pictures of the exterior of the unit. Getting the code to retrieve the key took about an hour and a half and multiple phone calls. The pictures make it look very nice but it’s very unpleasant. The linoleum in the bathroom is lifting up, the paint on the walls was dirty and when walking up the stairs to the unit the stairs are covered in carpet that looks like it was installed by a 6 year old to cover up the rotting floors. There was half a roll of toilet paper available and no paper towels. I was so uncomfortable with the place I went and bought my own bed sheets and blankets and put them over the existing sheets because I was afraid of what I might find on the mattress. I was there for Rebellion Fest, a 4 day punk festival as were two other renters so we weren’t the most discerning customers and we all agreed the place was a dump and that the description posted was not accurate. Also, the neighbor kid offered to sell me some pot, you be the judge if that’s a good or bad thing. I’ve stayed at many rentals from Hawaii to Europe and this was the worst! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Awful
False advertising. It's a drug den in a red light area. The photos have been shipped so it looks amazing. You get in there and are overwhelmed by the smell of drugs. Broken door locks, broken key box, broken toilet, non existent cleanliness. A fire alarm stuffed with toilet roll. A noisy toilet. Broken wardrobe. Lipstick stained glasses and dirty crockery. He'll whole. I'm still waiting for a call to resolve this. It was unsafe, dangerous and nobody should be staying there. Reported to trading standards and EHO
