On the ground floor, two double bedrooms, as well as a large living room and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, access to the porch and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. On the top floor, 1 large bedroom, as well as a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub, and a beautiful terrace with incredible views of the Serra de Tramuntana.

The porch is equipped with a large table with 8 chairs and a barbecue.
The new swimming pool (8x4 m) is located in front of the house and has 6 sun loungers and parasols.

In Sineu there are also several supermarkets, pharmacies and gas stations. Don't miss the best and most famous farmers market on the island, held here every Wednesday from 09:00 to 14:00. And if, according to legend, under the bell tower of the church of Sineu, the wheel of the World would be found. What is certain, however, is that Sineu offers much of what vacationers want: history, cultural heritage, good restaurants and numerous wineries, where typical Mallorcan dishes are served.

Close to Petra, as well as the towns of Costitx (with its observatory), Sencelles, Sant Joan and Lloret de Vistalegre, which claim to be the true heart of Mallorca!
