The villa is situated at the top of the hill of Polvano, near the ancient towns of Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona, in a historic hamlet surrounded by olive tree fields and woodland. The villa has been renovated with attention to detail and all original features have been meticulously preserved. It includes three double bedrooms, four bathrooms (three en-suite) with shower, one large beautiful sitting room, a fireplace, one spacious dining room with a sitting area, a double sofa bed and open plan kitchen, and two private outdoor relaxing dining/sitting areas. All bedrooms feature exquisite wrought iron bed-heads, hand-painted wooden furniture and white bedspreads. The house is composed of two floors connected by an internal staircase. One double bedroom and a bathroom is situated on the first floor of the house.

The accommodation offers a private panoramic swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests of the villa in addition to two outdoor private areas with dining furniture and barbecue.
In addition to all the private spaces, guests can also enjoys the shared use of the breathtaking main panoramic terrace of the hamlet.
The residential hamlet is surrounded by five hectares of olive tree fields and woodland in the beautiful Chio Valley.
The accommodation also offers a covered parking area for four cars.
