This freshly decorated and refurbished detached two storey home is located at the heart of Rhosneigr village and just a short walk to the beach.

It has everything you need to enjoy the best holiday on Anglesey!

Tucked down a quiet cul-de-sac and just a short walk to the beach and village shops and restaurants, Spring Tide boasts plenty of space inside and out for the whole family to enjoy.

With its two downstairs bedrooms, it's the ideal accommodation for multi-generational family holidays and guests who have difficulty with stairs. Everything you need is on the ground floor and within walking distance!

The light and modern home features an open-plan living-dining-kitchen area. A beautifully furnished living room has plenty of lounging space and is the ideal place to cosy up after a day at the beach. Put your feet up and catch up on your favourite series on the Smart TV.

The brand new kitchen is equipped with all of the appliances, including a Magimix coffee machine. Breakfast, lunch, dinner or popcorn for movie nights, you'll want for nothing in the kitchen at Spring Tide.

There is a dining table to seat eight guests perfect for family meals, a buffet or laying out a picnic spread for summer garden dining.

There is also a large utility room on the ground floor with a washing machine, and which makes for the perfect space to hang your wet suits or rain coats - depending on the season you're staying here!



Sleeping arrangements

With two downstairs bedrooms, Spring Tide is the ideal accommodation for guests who have difficulty with stairs.

Downstairs bedrooms:

The ‘Blue Room' with its feature blue wall is furnished with twin beds, a TV and USB sockets, making it a perfect hideout room for children and teenagers.

The ‘Green Room' with its feature green wall is furnished with a king-size bed and USB sockets, ideal for parents who want to stay close to their children or grandparents who will appreciate the ease of living on one floor.

Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a sink, toilet, washbasin and towel rail.



Upstairs bedrooms:

Upstairs the hallway splits left and right:

To the left and situated at the rear of the house is the ‘Wave Bedroom' which is furnished with twin beds.

To the right and at the front of the property we find the master bedroom furnished with a super-king-size bed and enjoying views to the sea and the Llyn Peninsula mountains.

On the first floor, there is also a shared family bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.



The run-around garden

Spring Tide features an ample sized lawned garden that wraps around the house and is a great space for kids and pets to let off steam.



The Nitty Gritty
Spring Tide has parking for two cars and is pet-friendly, welcoming one well-behaved pet. This property provides one travel cot and one high-chair - We don't provide a travel cot mattress and cot linen. On arrival you will receive a complimentary welcome pack with a few essentials to get your holiday started the right way.

All about Rhosneigr

Winner of the Green Coast seaside award, Rhosneigr is a lovely village situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey. It's a fantastic location no matter the weather or season.

The village has two brilliant golden sand beaches, which are great for water sports, particularly wind and kite surfing. In fact, Rhosneigr has become a windsurfing and kite surfing mecca attracting enthusiasts from all over Britain.

Around the island, there are lots of other pretty coves and bays where you can enjoy open swimming and safe child-friendly bathing, beach strolls, rock pool exploring and sandcastle competitions!

Cycling is another great way to explore the island with a 120-mile perimeter to explore and plenty of rural trails so that you can explore the scenic countryside. The countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and Llyn Peninsula.

Rhosneigr village itself has a great selection of restaurants and friendly bars, it even has a chip shop if you fancy fish and chips on a Friday.

And so that you don't have to eat out every day during your holiday, the local general stores provide everything you need to cook and dine at home.

Rhosneigr also has a surf shop (also offering lessons) and other shops that you would expect to find on the coast.

Fancy a round of golf? Anglesey Golf Club is just five minutes drive from Rhosneigr village!

Located 15 minutes from the A55, Holyhead 10 miles, Bangor 22 miles and the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away (with the wind behind you!).

Anglesey is a great destination for any holiday with so much to offer: beautiful landscapes, gorgeous coastal walks, water sports and family activities galore, as well as cultural and monumental attractions for those looking to learn more about the history of the region.
