Villa Batista

Batista is a well-groomed perfect holiday home in a peaceful, rural location close to Montignac and the Lascaux caves. From the terrace and the living room you have a beautiful view over the valley of the Vezere. Batista has a lovely private pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

Inside Batista

Batiste's interior is bright and modern with a comfortable living room and lots of light. The large sliding door gives access the terrace where you can eat or relax. There are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two singles), a nice bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is air conditioning throughout the house (living room, kitchen, bedrooms).

Outside Batista

Around the house is a large enclosed garden with a front a covered pergola where you have a wonderful view over the valley. The large swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters. has a shallow part which is usefull for small children. There is ample parking for several cars.

Surroundings

Only five minutes drive to the center of Montignac, where there are many good and cozy restaurants can be found, you can also go fishing and canoeing on the river Vézère. Le Lardin is about 4 km away and here there are some shops, cafes, restaurants and you can play tennis. A little further, at Fossemagne, there is a lake with a sandy beach and you can go follow golf courses in Brive (26 km). Of course you can also enjoy a fascinating visit to the Prehistoric Caves of Lascaux (in Montignac) and the charming medieval town of Sarlat (20 km) with lively markets and great summer festivals. Eyrignac, where you can find beautiful gardens, is 34 km away.
