Accessible via a lift, the layout of the apartment comfortably accommodates 2 people in a modern and bright environment. An excellent choice if you want to stay near the city centre and is suitable for families with children.

Inside, there is an open-plan kitchen with a sink, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, kettle, and a small induction electric plate, kitchen utensils and a wall-mounted worktop. The kitchen also connects to the living room via a serving hatch.

The living room has a breakfast area, TV and dining table and has both air conditioning and heating. There is also a beautiful mirrored wall which gives the room a spacious and bright vibe. The windows complete with thermal insulation, frame a French window with a railing that overlooks the garden, providing guests a view of the sea.
