We loved staying in this flat! We traveled with 4 kids with Grandparents and appreciated having a nice, homey, place to stay. We were able to walk or take public transportation to all the sights. There was a convenience store super close by which was great for buying easy snacks and food for the flat. We also enjoyed the little French cafe at the corner for light breakfasts and good coffee. It was so nice to be in a neighborhood where people live, rather than the rush of the more touristy areas. Roland was a very sweet and kind host. He includes small touches like having American adapters in outlets and a power strip with USB charging. While the description of the flat was totally accurate, I should warn spoiled suburban American parents (like me!) that the washer and dryer is a single unit and not like the robust machines we are used to. Nonetheless, there is an easy launderette next door for fast drying. We had no problem. We didn’t use the yard much because of the weather and our pace of sightseeing. But, when we return to London, we’ll certainly book this place again and enjoy the yard.
