TERRALUZ- Wonderful family villa in Moraira

A few meters from the beautiful town of Moraira, very well located, close to supermarkets, shops, entertainment, restaurants, doctors and its wonderful beaches and coves, where you can practically reach with a short walk, we find this wonderful large villa with private pool for 8 people.
The villa consists of two floors. In this case we will only use the upper floor.
On the upper floor we will find the entrance hall, there by means of a staircase we can access to a solarium terrace from where we can contemplate the views of the small mountains of the surroundings. In the same hall the floor is divided into two independent rooms: on the left a cosy living-dining room with balcony, this living room is equipped with two sofas and two small armchairs, in the centre a low table, there we find the television and a music system. In the dining area there is a table with chairs for five people, next to the living room there is a separate kitchen with an arch and a bar that leads directly to the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: fridge freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and all kitchen utensils. Opposite the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and W.C. and just in front of it a bigger bathroom with bathtub, bidet, washbasin and W.C., where you can also find the washing machine. At the end of the corridor are the bedrooms, the one on the left has two single beds and the one on the right has a double bed, both have fitted wardrobes. The corridor has a door with direct access to the swimming pool and barbecue area.
Back to the hall and to the right we find another independent room, as soon as we enter we find the living-dining room, very luminous, equipped with a table and chairs for six people; at the back there is a TV area with a low table, two sofas and an armchair, TV and stereo. This living room has direct access to a porch and the swimming pool. As in the other room, there is an independent kitchen connected to the dining room by an arch, fully equipped. Opposite is a complete bathroom with bathtub. Opposite is another complete bathroom with shower and where the washing machine is located. At the end of this corridor there are two bedrooms with single beds and built-in wardrobes.
The house has central heating in all the rooms.
Once outside, at the back of the villa and always accessing from the first floor, you will find the swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols where you can enjoy, cool off and relax. As well as a small summer kitchen, where you will find a paella pan, a sink and a barbecue. This area is covered and protected and has a table and chairs to enjoy lunch and dinner.
This large villa has everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable holiday at any time of the year.
On request and for an extra charge, the house has two more flats with capacity for two people each.
