The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire. There are two double bedrooms and a shower room. Outside there is a garden with private decking, furniture and hot tub, as well as off-road parking available in large on-site car park. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Several restaurants and convenience stores are within a few blocks of one other, as well as the Errol Pub and AliBob Café. The Black Watch Castle & Museum, the beautiful Huntingtower Castle, Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park, and the spectacular Kinfauns Castle Estate are all within easy reach of the village.
