This farmhouse located on the hills near the Adriatic coast is designed to accommodate people with walking difficulties. Suitable to accommodate up to a maximum of 20 people, it has 9 rooms spread over 2 floors. Each room has an orthopedic bed for disabled and elderly people, with the possibility of adding a second bed. A large room is also available in which 4 beds can be comfortably accommodated. All the rooms are easily accessible thanks to the total absence of architectural barriers. Access to the upper floor is possible both via an external lift and an internal stairlift. The 4 bedrooms on the ground floor have a private bathroom, while the 5 bedrooms on the upper floor have 3 shared bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a large living room with TV, armchairs and a service bathroom, as well as a dining / breakfast room, a kitchen and a room used as an infirmary. On the first floor, in addition to the bedrooms, there is a dining / breakfast room and a wardrobe with numbered lockers. Parking available for everyone. Upon request it is possible to have a nurse service, meals and transport service.
