Casa Max is a lovely holiday home by the beach in Torre Lapillo. The renovated and well-furnished apartment for 6 guests is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, iron and ironing board, kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, outdoor shower, washing machine, microwave oven, ceiling fans, hair-dryer, tv and mosquito nets. Pets are allowed.

Casa Max is the perfect apartment for a family holiday by the beach. It opens into the large living room with open kitchen, dining area and double sofa bed. The corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Moreover, there are two full bathrooms, one of which is outdoor, in the small yard.
The
apartment is well furnished, cozy and comfortable, thanks to its
closeness to the beach and city centre. It`s ideal for a family holiday
with children or elders as it`s within walking distance from toutist
spots.

holiday home is by the beach of Torre Lapillo, seaside location known
for its beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear sea. Casa Max is near
the town services and the watchtower dating back to the 500, which this
seaside location was named after. The holiday home is close to many
beach establishments.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
