Downstairs, there is another bathroom with shower. The second floor, where the sleeping area is located, is accessed by a beautiful iron staircase with tempered glass steps. The second floor was created by inserting a wrought iron upright structure with a flooring in natural slats covered with glass. Here, there are two bedrooms, both with double beds.
From the kitchen, a large French window overlooks a small patio covered by a beautiful climbing wisteria, ideal and practical for outdoor breakfasts and dinners.
The garden of about 1200sqm is divided between the area in front of the villa, the parking and a large garden area with swimming pool and solarium area.
