Hyview - Two Bedroom House, Sleeps 4

Situated in the popular seaside town of Teignmouth and less than a 10 minute walk from the beach. Hyview is a two bedroom bungalow, offering private parking and accepts up to two small dogs. The property is situated next door to the owner's property, which offer's self-catering apartments within. 
Within Hyview is a open-plan living, dining and kitchen. The space is compact, however the owner's have ensured everything is provided for the perfect holiday, with a comfortable corner sofa within the living area and wall mounted TV, dining table for four and well-equipped kitchen - overlooking the town and glimpses of the sea through the trees and over rooftops. From the living area, you will find the double and twin bedroom's, both featuring wall mounted TV's and separate shower room. 
Hyview makes the perfect base to explore the many delights Teignmouth has to offer and South Devon.

Kitchen and Utilities:  Fridge with Ice Box, Integrated Lamona Oven and Electric Ceramic Four Ring Hob, Panasonic Microwave, Breville Four Slot Toaster, Breville Kettle, washing machine.
Entertainment: 43" Panasonic Smart TV, Sony DVD Player, Two 22" TV's  
For Families: Baby equipment isn't provided and due to the size of the bedrooms, a travel cot WILL NOT fit within the bedrooms. 
Outside:  Balcony from living room, outdoor garden bistro set is provided for the balcony. 
Parking: Parking for one car, immediately in front of Hyview. 
General:  WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity included in rent. Bed linen and towels provided. No Smoking. Maximum of 2 small Pets, £25 per pet, per week. Short Breaks accepted in Low and Mid Season Minimum of 2 Nights. There isn't a washing machine, the owners are willing to assist with washing if required. Baby equipment isn't provided and due to the size of the bedrooms, a travel cot WILL NOT fit within the bedrooms. The Owner's live on-site and like to meet you with the keys upon arrival.
Accidental Damage Deposit:  This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
