Overton Island is a brand-new addition to Silverlake and Habitat Escapes! As such, there is a large part of the island and many nearby properties that are undergoing construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see and hear construction, machinery and workers on or around the island between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday.
