We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Apartment with independent entrance and a large equipped outdoor area.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. The living area offers a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and window. The strong point is the internal parking space.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 are not permitted
- Maximum 2 adults + 2 children
- small/medium sized pets allowed; a supplement of €30 will be required to be paid on site
- check-in in our Agency from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- deposit (mandatory): 150,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
