On the 3rd floor, the 46m2 flat, renovated in 2013, with Venetian-style flooring, is comfortable and very quiet as it overlooks an inner courtyard.
The entrance/hallway (5.5m2) has a small bookcase and coat hooks and acts as a link between the different parts of the flat.
Two steps lead up to the living room (15 m2). It has an armchair, a coffee table, a double sofa bed, a sideboard and a connected TV. The only window overlooks the courtyard (south-east facing).
The kitchen area adjoining the living room is fully equipped and includes a full set of cookware, a microwave oven, a fridge and a two-burner gas cooker with oven and fan. A storage shelf, table and three chairs complete the kitchen area.
Extending from the corridor, a workspace (4.5 m2) with a window overlooking the courtyard includes a desk and chair.
The bathroom (4 m2) has a shower, washbasin, bidet, washing machine, WC and window overlooking the courtyard (south-west facing).
The bedroom (16 m2 - south facing) has a window overlooking a courtyard. It has a double bed, two bedside tables, a fold-out armchair, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
All windows have mosquito nets, curtains, blackout curtains but no shutters.
