The accommodation consists of a kitchenette, a sleeping area and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob (2 plates), small fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, wine glasses and kitchenware;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, TV and coffee table;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and WC.

IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The city tax must be paid in cash upon arrival: €4,00 per person per night of stay.
