This beautiful apartment has two spacious bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room and can accommodate up to 7 people if necessary, and is equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine.

Located in the central Piazza Brescia, in the heart of Lido di Jesolo, it will allow you to spend a pleasant holiday a stone's throw from the sea and the pedestrian street.

The apartment faces Via A. Bafile, the most important shopping street of Lido di Jesolo, and is located on the second floor (with lift from raised ground floor) and spreads over an area of 80 square meters.
It was renovated in 2021, it is well furnished and it consists of:
- large living-room with a double sofa bed;
- a separated kitchen;
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed;
- a bedroom with double bed;
- a bathroom with shower box;
- a balcony.

The flat is equipped with washing machine, TV and air-conditioning.
The price includes:
- the consumption of water, gas and electricity (air conditioning not included);
- beach service (1 beach umbrella + 2 sunbeds);
- final cleaning;
- parking for one car (at about 100 meters from Vicenza building).

To avoid waste and respect nature, the electricity consumption is not included in the price and it costs € 0,50 kW/h.

Tourist tax and bed linen not included.
Pets are allowed on request.

According to our booking terms and conditions groups of young people are not allowed to rent the apartments. If the above happens we will be forced to cancel the reservation without any refund.
