Villa Adriana

Villa Adriana is an amazing family villa located halfway between Sorrento and Positano. Just a few steps from the crossroads of the Colli di San Pietro and the Sita bus stop leading to both Sorrento and Positano. It is the ideal solution for those who travel by car and need 1 or 2 reserved parking spaces, but also for those who want to enjoy the tranquillity of the hilly area, using the local means of transport.
The villa, furnished in classic taste, is on two levels plus a basement used as a tavern and has large outdoor spaces equipped with a garden and patio.
The property is located within a park consisting of all semi-detached villas and enjoys a splendid view of the Lattari Mountains. The distance to the town centre of Piano di Sorrento is 8 minutes by car, 20 minutes to Positano. A 3-minute drive will take you to the resort of Colli di Fontanelle with its typical restaurants, bars and supermarket.

THE SPACE:
Entering from the garden we enter a large living room decorated with glass tiles. It consists of two classic sofas, an oval table for 6 in antique wood with chairs, a cabinet with flat screen TV, and a wall bookcase. The living room leads into the kitchen, equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, electric oven and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, pots and pans, linen and the essentials for cooking.
Behind the kitchen there is a service bathroom and from the kitchen there is access to the outdoor patio, equipped with a second kitchen and barbecue.

1ST FLOOR:
The staircase from the lounge leads to the first floor, where we find 3 bedrooms:
1 double bedroom with a king-size bed and access to the balcony.
1 double bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be joined if necessary) with en-suite bathroom with shower.
1 double bedroom with access to the balcony.
1 large bathroom with bathtub
The first floor is very bright thanks to the huge windows that let in natural light, a corner is used for reading with comfortable wicker armchairs.
All the rooms have air conditioning. WI-fi included.

SEMI-BASEMENT FLOOR
The basement floor is used as a tavern and has extra sofa beds, table and chairs for lunch/dinner even in large groups. The basement floor also has air conditioning/heating.

CHECK IN: 2 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
CHECK OUT: by 10 a.m.
Please note that check-in after 20:00 has an additional cost of €30.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All guests must provide proof of identity upon arrival.
Visitor's tax is €2.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights, payable on arrival.
