Villa Mariangela is an elegant residence in typical Aeolian style,
it is located in the municipality of Malfa, on the island of Salina.
A well-kept garden and Mediterranean plants surround the villa.

The house is on two floors,
it has large outdoor spaces and terraces from where you can enjoy a splendid view of the islands of Stromboli and Panarea and the Monte delle Felci nature reserve.

Ground floor:
a large and panoramic terrace equipped with outdoor furniture;
complete kitchen with 5 burner hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer;
a cool bedroom with two single beds;
a small bathroom with toilet and sink.

Upstairs
three double bedrooms, all with high wooden beamed ceilings.
all three rooms have a private bathroom,
two bathrooms have a shower and one with a bathtub.
The rooms are elegantly furnished.

The Villa is located in the center of the town of Malfa, thus benefiting from all the services available: pharmacy, shops, restaurants, post office.
However, the area is very quiet, surrounded by vineyards and caper groves.
The famous beach of Punta Scario is located about 600 meters away.

Free public parking available 50 meters from the house.

Next to the house, with independent access, a small studio apartment, Casa Mary, is also available upon request.
