Santa Margarita is a small but fine place with many shops, restaurants and bars, small houses on the canal and lots of variety for the children.
The fine sandy beach and the well-kept beach promenade invite you to linger.

The Port Canigo residence is located in the small village of Santa Margarita, just 1.2 km from the beach. Enjoy the variety of restaurants, bars, shops and cafes in town. In Santa Margarita or Roses, just 5 minutes drive away, you will find everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday. You can also come to Empuriabrava, just 5 minutes by car, to explore the canals of "Little Venice".
Empuriabrava offers the largest marina in Europe with about 30 km of waterways (canals) that give the place its typical touch. You will find beautiful residential areas, the main shopping street (Rambla) that invites you to stroll, supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, cafes, discos, restaurants and sports activities. The approx. 2 km long and wide sandy beach, the clean sea and the surrounding picturesque bays invite you to swim and linger. Relaxation and fun for young and old are pre-programmed here.
