Spacious and elegant triple room, located on the second floor of a residential building with an elevator, in the Zisa district of Palermo.

This cozy triple room is ideal for hosting a family and is located in the attic of the building, enlightened by natural light thanks to the velux windows on the ceiling with exposed beams.
Cared in detail and tastefully decorated, it comes with a queen-size bed and a pull-out single bed, convertible into 2 twin beds upon request, a desk and a TV.
A spacious bathroom enriched with marble tiles and a large bathtub completes the room.
Amenities such as free wifi, safe, air conditioning and heating will be available in the accommodation.
Guests will have access to the common area such as the terrace, furnished with tables and umbrellas, and a shared space with a coffee machine, a kettle and a microwave.
