The name of our land is not just a random name, it is very much linked to a beautiful characteristic of this area. Chatter Forest is a reference to the Chattering of the frogs (goats, birds , ducks) in the river in the evening time. It’s a true blessing to be part of one of nature’s most beautiful songs.

One of the most stand out features that distinguishes our Villa from other villas is that it gives the opportunity to fish in the wide fresh water river which borders our land.

Hygiene;

Before your arrival all the textile products in the Villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room and will be ready for use upon your arrival.

We keep health and hygiene is high regard. We ensure that the entire Villa is cleaned and disinfected within the interval of guests departing and arriving. We take special care of our guests well-being.







Ground floor,

Living room;

There is a stylish large sitting area, dining table for 4 people, TV and air conditioning. There is also the opportunity to sleep 2 people in the living room of our villa.

Kitchen,

The kitchen has an open-plan design and is fully equipped with kitchen equipment such as oven, stove, extractor fan and refrigerator freezer. All that you will need during your holiday, tea and coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, service utensils.

1.Bedroom; It includes a double bed, night stands, wardrobe, air conditioner. There is also a comfortable sofa in this bedroom.

2nd bedroom; There are 2 single beds, night stands , a wardrobe and air conditioning.





Garden,

In this elegant and well-kept garden, there is a 35 m2 swimming pool.
The swimming pool contains a children’s pool for families and has an access ladder for the less mobile.

Around the swimming you will find a sun teras fitted with sufficient sun beds and a parasol.
A lawn can also be found right next to the swimming pool.
The large trees provide extra shade from the hot sun during the day. A hammock is provided above the gras and next to the river for optimum pleasure.

A stone barbecue has been hand-made especially for some Michelin star cooking.

The Villa has an outside balcony containing a table and 4 chairs. Feel free to move that around to the best spots around the garden. Enjoy your breakfast right next to the river maybe, or enjoy your freshly barbecued food in the gras under the shade of the trees.
