MAIN DESCRIPTION
Right on the sandy Pittulongu beach, Villa Bay Pine offers a unique location in the area. The house, built in the early '80s is an historic home of the neighborhood and consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms for a total of 8 sleeps. A pedestrian gate opens directly onto the sand, to reach the sea - with a shallow and crystalline sea floor - you just need to open the door! The neighborhood features all the shoops necessary for everyday life: restaurant pizzeria, bar with tobacco, rotisserie, fish shop and bakery. In the beach facing the house is a bathhouse with umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. The house features free flat wi-fi (seasonal may 1st-october 31st). Air conditioning available in all bedrooms.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Villa Bay Pine has indoor covered parking spaces, large grounds and is set on two levels. Ground floor the entrance leads to the living room overlooking the beach with dining table, detached kitchen with stove, oven and fridge / freezer. Outside, a large gazebo overlooks a second outdoor kitchen, equipped with burners and worktops. Ground floor - externally - is located an annex with a bedroom (two bunk beds) and a small bathroom without shower.
On the upper floor, via a staircase, the sleeping area is made up of three bedrooms, two of them with doublebeds and one with French bed and a single bed; bathroom with shower. In the garden, at the rear of the house, there is an outdoor shower.
Villa Bay Pine has two gates elading to the beach: a gate (shared with the neighboring house) that leads directly onto the sand, a second gate that leads to the beachfront pedestrian street. The land is enclosed by a wall for the beach front part and separated by a hedge from the property behind it.

INFORMATION ON DESTINATION AND DISTANCES
Pittulongu is the favorite beach of local inhabitants, about eight kilometers from Olbia. Also known as Puntale Lungo, La Playa di Pittulongu is an amazing and extensive 'crescent' of very fine white sand alternating with stretches of small shells, especially near the shore. The seabed is shallow and slopes gently, perfect for families with children.
50 meters far from the house you can find the restaurant-bar Trattoria Rossi, where you can relax in the evening sipping a glass of wine or a good cocktail, enjoying some typical appetizers. A little further on, the Mama Beach restaurant-establishment and Lo Squalo restaurant. On the main street of the neighborhood the Costa Sarda Bar for a quick lunch with good local cuisine. The nearby Centro Gallura shopping center offers many shops and a large supermarket. About 5 minutes walk you can reach the paddel field, mini market, bakery, fish market.
The beaches reachable within a few tens of kilometers include Spiaggia Ira, Spiaggia dei Sassi, Marinella. About 15 minutes by car you can reach the beaches near the village of Golfi Aranci: Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina, Spiaggia Bianca, Baja Caddinas and the Cala Moresca natural park, home to a permanent group of over 100 dolphins.
