The property has gates that directly access the dune path and the best beaches of the area all walking distance.

Sparkling white and soothing neutrals make this 36m2 room a tranquil haven. Entirely private, not overlooked by any neighbors. It's just you and the sea.


THE DECK

Thru the double sliding doors enjoy meals in the sun with the sound of the waves and the view of sardine fishermen bobbing in the sea.


THE BEACH AND GARDENS

You have a choice of 4 swimming pools - two by the beach, and two up in the sheltered garden out of the wind. Pools open from April to November, see details in listing photos.

You will have full access to the studio.
You will have access to a sun terrace separated from the neighbors by a sliding door or a screen.
You can use the 3 community pools and gardens.
We have a gated parking lot you can use for free. No dedicated space.
Beachfront community, direct access to the beach and dunes.

=> BOOK for CORRECT NUMBER OF PEOPLE. Listed price is for 2 people. Adults only.

=> QUIET COUPLES ONLY - no groups of same-age friends, no music on the terrace, no inviting people from outside the reservation

=> NO SMOKING - inside or out - if you smoke please do not reserve this apartment.

=> ELECTRICITY – usage up to 4 euros per day is included in your price, excessive usage will be billed at cost after your trip

=> In winter months, neighbors are allowed to make repairs to their property and perform renovation work. They do not have to inform the neighbors. Any building noise is strictly limited to between 10 am and 3pm on weekdays.

=> CLEANING – If you are staying longer than 14 days we require you take for a mid-stay cleaning service with our cleaners, cost = 80 euros, at 14 days and every additional 14 days.
