Next to the garden there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and deck chairs for sunbathing or relaxing. One of the most beautiful details of the villa is the second and third terrace, which you can reach via a staircase. The first outdoor terrace is intended for sunbathing, while the third covered terrace is mainly for social gatherings. In front of the holiday houseis also a parking area in front of the house behind the walls, which is also used for outdoor games and table tennis.An important part of the villa is the traditional tavern “konoba”, which you enter from the shady terrace. The space is suitable for socializing and entertainment. The total outdoor area is 550 m2.
The interior of the house is furnished in antique style with accessories. The villa is on two levels - ground floor and first floor, with a total size of 140 m2. On the ground floor is one of the bedrooms with its own bathroom and private entrance from outside. Suitable for three people.
