This property has a electric fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay. There is a little patio garden on the front of property .As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, electric induction a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave.

This house has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 9. (7 adults & 2 children) In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a bunk bed.
The third bedroom contains a single bed.
The fourth bedroom contains a double bed and a bunk bed.
The fifth bedroom contains a double bed.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at 1 parking permit only but there are plenty of car park on the next street . There is a cleaning fee of £15.
The host live at the back of property but has a separate entrance at the back gate and separate from the guests accomodation.The kitchen is located on the First floor of the property.(pls note im waiting for the delivery of new fridge and electric induction) thats why is not in the photos coz this is a new kitchenette i put on the first flr.
