Splendid apartment in the residential complex of Borgo del Torchio, which features a shared swimming pool, a tennis court and a large outdoor space.

The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens onto the bright living room furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table, a TV and an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and all the necessary cooking tools. A French-window gives access to the covered terrace fitted with a great table, while a staircase leads to the solarium with a magnificent view on the pool and a glimpse of the Garda Lake. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, while the other one provided with a bunk bed, a single one and a wardrobe. A spacious bathroom with shower completes the accommodation. The heat pump for colder days, the free wi-fi for remote workers and the air conditioning throughout the apartment will be at guests’ disposal.

*Guests can easily park a car in a garage inside the residendial complex "Borgo del Torchio" (5 x 2.40m height 2.10m).
*Additional cars can be parked in the free parking lot outside the Residence

The residential complex offers a variety of services and a lush green area. Guests will enjoy:
- 3 pools for adults, with waterfalls and a big jacuzzi
- 1 pool for children
- 3 tennis courts than can be used also to play football
- a bar
- a concierge and surveillance service

Both pools inside "Borgo del Torchio" are located on different levels and in different places, to ensure peace and calmness to all the guests. They are available from the 1st of June until the 30th of September. Swimming cap is required.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda oil and D.O.C wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake and place to take pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.

Verona airport can be reached with a 45-minute drive.
