An open plan living/dining area and a compact kitchen welcomes you to this beautiful and comfortable house of character which activates your ‘holiday mode’ in the fastest way possible. From here one can opt to enjoy the air-conditioned indoor living area equipped with two new sofa beds, a 55” TV and a log fire place (for the winter season) while having a view of the outdoor area that comprise of a private pool; equipped with jacuzzi jets; a shaded deck area with a 4-seater outdoor table and a charcoal grill. Before going up the stairs to describe the first floor it is noteworthy to add a full shower room with toilet and a laundry room.
At first floor level, one finds 3 full bedrooms. The main double bedroom enjoys the privacy of an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and a balcony overlooking the alley. The other two bedrooms with two single beds each and a balcony overlooking the pool share another full bathroom in between.
From this level, a limestone spiral staircase leads to a kitchenette and a large roof terrace equipped with another charcoal grill, 6 sun loungers, Gazebo with outdoor furniture and a four-seater Jacuzzi.
