East Farm Croft is a delightful stone built cottage situated in the heart of the village of Embleton. This dog friendly cottage has been completely renovated and refurbished to offer guests an exceptionally high standard of accommodation ideal for couples as the property benefits from two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one being on the ground floor. The open plan living accommodation with its spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area, exquisit use of natural light and multi fuel stove provides cosy accommodation for guests all year round.

Embleton is a small village dating back beyond medieval times with a number of restaurants and pubs on your doorstep, a local village shop and garage which lies just a mile from the Northumberland Coast. One of the main attractions is the stunning Embleton Bay, a gloriously wide sandy beach that appears to stretch for miles and has great views of Dunstanburgh Castle.

Region: Northumberland is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrian’s Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife.

Town: The pretty village of Embleton is ideally placed for exploring one of the most attractive stretches of Northumberland's Heritage Coastline. A beautiful grassy path runs from the village to neighbouring Craster, alongside the sea and past Dunstanburgh Castle - the largest ruined castle in Northumberland. Embleton itself has a village pub and a local hotel, and there is an excellent range of amenities in nearby Alnwick. The gardens at nearby Howick Hall are open during the summer and are noted for their beauty, whilst Alnwick Castle and Garden are a 'must-see' when visiting the area. For the keen golfer, Dunstanburgh Links Course is about 1 mile away - just one of several excellent courses in the vicinity.
