On the lower level of the villa there is a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor is the beautiful master bedroom with large double bed and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. There are two further twin bedrooms on this floor with en-suite bathroom. There is also a TV room in the lower level that plays DVDs and a pool table. Outside there is a partially covered terrace with gas barbeque, sink, dishwasher, fridge and dining table that seats 12. The tiered landscaped garden is border by mature shrubs and trees. On the upper level is a football lawn. The garden at the rear of the villa extends up to a higher level, bordered by shrubs and trees and lawn for playing football. The large private pool measures (10 x 8m) and can be heated against an extra charge. The property is south-west facing by the pool area.
