This beautiful mansion was built more than 200 years ago and restored in 2007, while keeping its Mallorcan character. There are loungers near the large swimming pool and a lawn to play on. There is a veranda at the house with sofas and tables for you to enjoy from early in the morning until late in the evening.

It is a large house of 200m2, which consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room. Also, the house has a private pool, a porch furnished with sofas and tables, several gardens and lawns.

Not far from the mansion you'll find the town of Villafranca, where you can go for a bite to eat or a cycling tour (if you like sports activities). The beautiful town of Felanitx is also close to the holiday home. In Felanitx you'll find nice shops and a large square with many outdoor cafes. On the mountain just behind Felanitx, there is a monastery with a beautiful view.

In short, this is the ideal holiday home if you're looking for sun and relaxation together with friends and family.
