A spacious duplex for 8 people, on the 2nd floor (with lift) of a wonderfully family-friendly residence, this stylish apartment is an ideal holiday base for alpine adventures throughout the year.

The open-plan sitting room has a large wooden sofa, armchairs and a Smart TV. French windows lead out to a private balcony with gorgeous mountain views. Next to the sitting area is a wooden dining table, which seats 8 people. The stylish, fitted kitchen, is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and coffee machines.

The residence has a large, heated, indoor swimming pool; a popular spa (closed 24th & 25th December); a gym; a sauna; a children’s indoor play area; café and a ski shop.

Bedroom 1: This master bedroom, tucked under the eaves with a large skylight, has a double bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: A peaceful room under the wooden roof, with 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: This sunny bedroom has a wooden double bed with a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 4: A cosy bedroom with a wooden bunk bed
Extra: There is a comfortable, single sofa bed in the living room, with good wardrobe space.

Bathroom 1: This charming bathroom, with a wooden basin cabinet, has a full bath with a shower and a W.C.
Bathroom 2: En suite to the master bedroom, this bathroom has a shower, basin and W.C.

Please note that the SPA will be open from the 22nd December 2023 till 30th April 2024, every day from 13.00 to 20.00 (with last treatment available at 19.00). The pool is open from the 15th December 2023 till 1st of May 2024. The cafè is open from the 16th December 2023 till 30th April 2024, everyday but Wednesday from 7:45 to 13.00

Location
The residence is in the centre of the village of Vallorcine, set in spectacular mountain scenery. It is a short walk to the ski lifts and the ski slopes. The slopes around Vallorcine are suitable for skiers of all levels. There are also 10km of cross-country skiing trails, which will suit beginners and experts alike.

All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Vallorcine railway station is just a 2-minute walk from the residence. The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the residence, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks. The famous Montreux jazz festival on the shores of Lake Geneva takes place in early July and is just 1 hour away.

During the summer season, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing and horse riding. The area is famous for its flora and fauna, particularly the butterflies in the flower-filled alpine meadows. The village of Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets. For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (10 minutes drive)

Geneva airport is a 1 hour 30-minute drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2024 to the 1st of October 2024
