Set over one floor, it comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms that share two superbly fitted bathrooms (one of which boasts a luxurious raised oval bathtub), a lounge/dining room with exposed beams and a large, fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary facilities for a self-catering holiday. From the hallway stairs lead up to a reading area on a mezzanine level. At the rear of the villa, there is a large covered terrace (it can be accessed from both the dining room and the double bedroom) which overlooks the delightful private pool and the surrounding gardens, It is provided with a built-in barbecue perfect for alfresco dining while enjoying the wonderful evening views as the sun goes down behind the mountains. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
