For excursion lovers, the property has a little pier and some canoes which are useful for pleasant sea trips. Moreover, the property has a small private beach located on the left side of the house, as well as several other equally secluded inlets within easy walking distance. Furthermore, the house consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, which recall the typical and essential elements of Sardinian tradition: light wood ceilings, floors and furnishings combine with the charming, floral and polychrome designs of the embroidery, revisited in a modern and functional key.
